TECHNICAL DIRECTIVES FOR PROCEDURES OF APPLICATION AND ALLOCATION OF QUOTAS
AS WELL AS THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF EXPORT OF TEXTILE AND TEXTILE PRODUCTS (SKET)
FOR NANGROE ACEH DARUSSALAM (NAD) PROVINCIAL REGION

THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE,

Attachment

Considering:

• a. in the framework of implementing the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 135/MPP/Kep/3/2003 regarding provisions on the Stipulation on Allocation of Export Quotas of Textiles and Textile Products (TPT) for the Region of Nangroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD) Province as amended by Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 545/MPP/Kep/9/2003, it is necessary to issue the Technical Directives thereof;
• b. that in relation thereto, it is necessary to issue a Decision of the Director General of International Trade;

In view of:

• 1. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/Kep/12/1998 concerning General Provisions in the field of Export as amended several times by Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 519/MPP/Kep/8/2003;
• 2. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 135/MPP/Kep/3/2003 on Stipulation of Allocation of Export Quotas of Textiles and Textile Products (TPT) for the Region of Nangroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD) Province as amended by Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 545/MPP/Kep/9/2003;
• 3. Decision of the Director General of International Trade No. 07/DJPLN/KP/III/2000 on Technical Directives for Taking Over Quotas of Textile and Textile Products;
• 4. Decision of the Director General of International Trade No. 11/DJPLN/KP/XI/2001 on Technical Directives For Procedures of Application and Allocation of Quotas as well as the Issuance of Certificates of Export of Textile and Textile Products (SKET).

DECIDES:

To stipulate:

FIRST:

To stipulate Technical Directives for Procedures of Application and Allocation of Quotas of Textiles and Textile Products (TPT) for the Region of Nangroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD) Province as listed in the Attachment to this Decision.

SECOND:

Institutions Issuing Certificates of Exports of Textile and Textile Products (IPSKET) in the Nangroe Aceh Darussalam Provincial Region must follow the Technical Directive as meant in FIRSTLY dictum.

THIRD:

This decision comes into force as from the date of stipulation.
